Chelsea has been given greenlight to sign the 23 year old Laliga forward and world cup winner with france.

Barcelona are reportedly not keen to keep Ousmane Dembele amid recent transfer rumours linking him with Chelsea and Man United.

The Dutch manager have tried several times to speak to France international and persuade him to remain at Barcelona but it doesn’t look enough to persuade the Frenchman.

However, Ousmane is approaching the final year of his Blaugrana deal and it surely makes sense for the club to let him go to avoid losing him on a free at the end of the next campaign.

This could be good news for English teams such as Man utd and Chelsea, with a report recently linking Dembele as a target for the Blues.

Ousmane Dembele could be an important signing at Chelsea, with the likes of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz all being a little slow to settle at London this season, an additional option to boost their attack options will not hurt.

However, If the French winger can continue to show the kind of improvement in form he’s displayed this campaign, he could be a fine signing for Blues this summer.

Meanwhile, Man United have also been linked with the World Cup winner, and he’d surely be a major upgrade on the out-of-form Anthony Martial at Theatre of Dreams. Man United could do with making changes to their squad this summer as a lack of attacking spark has surely cost them a realistic shot at the title this term.

It’s previously been reported that Blaugrana could accept nearly €60m for Ousmane this summer, which could be a bargain for the clubs mentioned. Ousmane is unlikely to be the only player to depart Barca this summer. Lionel Messi’s deal expires at the end of the campaign, with ManΒ  City coming close to signing him last summer.
