Chelsea XI vs Everton: Werner and Havertz expected to start in ( 3-4-2-1) formation.
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel hopes Thiago Silva is ready to return from a thigh injury when the blues host Everton on Monday.
The Brazilian defender returns to training, but has not played since the beginning of February in the victory against Tottenham.
Tammy Abraham is also trying to overcome an ankle problem that ruled him out in Wednesday’s win against Liverpool.
But even if Thiago is available, Tuchel still faces a decision on whether Andreas Christensen will leave the team after his outstanding performances in recent weeks.
The Chelsea manager said: “Andreas stepped in in the middle of the first half against Tottenham, which was a really tough thing to do, and from the first minute, he’s been absolutely impressive.
“He’s brave, strong in individual challenges, brave and intelligent in the build-up, and plays with a lot of confidence.
“I am absolutely happy with his performances and how he’s stepped up. He’s been a big part of our performances.”
Chelsea predicted lineup (3-4-2-1): Mendy; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger; James, Jorginho, Kante, Chilwell; Havertz, Mount; Werner
Injury doubts: Thiago Silva (thigh) and Tammy Abraham (ankle)
