Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal has revealed that he desires for Spanish giant Barcelona to lift the la liga title for the ninth time in a row.
Vidal, 33, is hoping to win the La Liga title with Barcelona as league games are set to resume June 11 as confirmed by Spain sports minister Pedro Sanchez
The Chilean International has won honours with Italian giant Juventus and Bayern Munich.
He played a pivotal role in Barca la Liga win last season and has been a key member of Quique Setien’s side in this season campaign.
Barcelona are top of the Spanish la Liga table 2 points ahead of rivals Real Madrid with 11 games left to round up the 2019/20 season.
“These 11 games are going to be 11 finals, we are all clear about that, and that they will be very difficult. We have to trust ourselves, we have to think about winning and also doing it in the best way. Vidal told Barcelona Official Website
“It would be a dream to win nine leagues in a row, because achieving a record with that many titles is very difficult. I still feel good and will continue fighting and winning trophies.
“Few players in history have done this and I’m proud. I hope to win the 9th here with Barca.”
